/ Vranje, September 25,2013. / After successfully completing a two-month basic computer training women clients of the SOS phone Vranje exposed to domestic violence and housed in the Shelter for victims of domestic violence in Vranje received certificates.
Vocational training was implemented by CSO Human Rights Committee Vranje in cooperation with the National University of Vranje and the Centre for the provision of local services of social protection and within the program of SOS Hotline Vranje for support and assistance to women exposed to domestic violence.
The goal of education is to empower women through knowledge and computer training as one of the preconditions for women exposed to domestic violence to find job more easily. So as to secure them a better paid job, which would make better preconditions for faster economic independence and exit from domestic violence.
Basic computer training for women exposed to domestic cruelty was organized for the first time in Vranje.
